I Am Always Lucky was made as a low-key companion - something you play while you’re making a cup of tea, driving nowhere special, or lying on the floor doing absolutely nothing.

It doesn’t ask for your attention.
It doesn’t demand belief.

It just plays in the background, doing what repetition has always done best: gently rewiring the story.

Why “lucky”?

Because luck, for most of us, isn’t fireworks.

It’s the parking spot.
The email that arrives at the right moment.
The conversation that changes the tone of a week.
The near-miss that turns out to be protection.

And somewhere along the way, a lot of us stopped expecting those things.

This frequency is an invitation back into that expectation - not through effort or positivity,
but through familiarity.

Threefold has always been about objects that hold space.

Threefold Frequencies is just that idea - without the physical form.

Same intention.
Different medium.

This is the first one because, honestly?
It’s the sentence I’ve come back to most in my own life.

Not as a spell.
As a remembering.
