I Am Always Lucky! - Subliminal added
Some things don’t shout.
They hum.
And if you’re the kind of person who notices the hum, the subtle shift, the quiet yes in your body - this one’s for you. 🌀
Threefold Frequencies, Vol. I
This isn’t about manifesting a yacht or pretending life doesn’t have sharp edges.
(though if you really want a yacht, there's no reason why you can't have one!!)
It’s about something quieter.
Older.
More familiar than we remember.
That feeling of being held by timing.
Of things lining up just enough.
Of looking back and thinking,
“Huh. That worked out.”
I Am Always Lucky was made as a low-key companion - something you play while you’re making a cup of tea, driving nowhere special, or lying on the floor doing absolutely nothing.
It doesn’t ask for your attention.
It doesn’t demand belief.
It just plays in the background, doing what repetition has always done best: gently rewiring the story.
Why “lucky”?
Because luck, for most of us, isn’t fireworks.
It’s the parking spot.
The email that arrives at the right moment.
The conversation that changes the tone of a week.
The near-miss that turns out to be protection.
And somewhere along the way, a lot of us stopped expecting those things.
This frequency is an invitation back into that expectation - not through effort or positivity,
but through familiarity.
When your nervous system remembers the feeling of being lucky, your choices soften.
Your timing shifts.
You notice openings you might’ve walked past before.
No drama.
No pressure.
Just alignment.
What it’s like to listen
Think:
- Volume low
- Body relaxed
- Mind wandering
You don’t need to “do” anything with it.
You can’t mess it up.
Let it sit under your day like a good bassline - felt more than heard.
Some people listen daily.
Some people forget about it for weeks, then come back when something nudges them.
Both are right.
Why I made it
Threefold has always been about objects that hold space.
Things that quietly remind you who you are without explaining themselves.
Threefold Frequencies is just that idea - without the physical form.
Same intention.
Different medium.
This is the first one because, honestly?
It’s the sentence I’ve come back to most in my own life.
Not as a spell.
As a remembering.
If you feel drawn to it, that’s enough.
And if you keep circling back to the phrase I am always lucky without knowing why - there’s usually a reason! ✨
