Shipping Rates
Shipping is worked out at checkout based on your location and what’s in your cart. You’ll see the full cost before confirming your order.
We post to most corners of the world - if your country isn’t listed, send us a message and we’ll see if we can send some handmade goodness your way.
Delivery Times
Orders ship from Adelaide, Australia. I post orders on the next business day, and will send you a tracking number.Â
Domestic: Delivery times vary by location - see current estimates here.
International: Shipping times depend on your destination and can range from a few days to a few weeks - see current estimates here.
Local Pickup
I offer local pickup from my art studio at Collective Haunt, which is situated Level 1, 68 The Parade, Norwood. Â
At checkout, select pickup from Collective Haunt, and I will send you a message letting you know when I will be there (most Saturdays!).
Customs + Import Duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We legally have to declare the full order value and include an invoice for customs when needed. If you’re unsure what that might mean for you, it’s best to check with your local customs office before purchasing.Â
Currency + Conversion
For your convenience, prices may be shown in your local currency, but payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The amount you see at checkout reflects the latest conversion rate in your currency.
If you return an item, your refund will be issued in AUD based on the exchange rate at that time. Small differences may occur due to currency changes - unfortunately, that’s something we can’t control.
Missing parcel?
If your order hasn’t arrived or tracking has stalled, email us - we’ll assist you in finding out what’s happened.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details. We can’t take responsibility for lost parcels caused by address errors or changes made during transit.
Return Policy
As all my items are handwoven, there may be slight variations in pattern and width which add to the unique beauty of each piece.
If you have any concerns, please ask questions *before* purchasing!
All returns are considered on a case by case basis, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (http://www.consumerlaw.gov.au/content/acl_resources/downloads/acl_refund_returns_sign.pdf).
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, please message me here via my Contact page. If it is agreed that a purchase is to be returned, a refund for the item price will be processed once I have received the item in its original, undamaged sale condition. Return shipping, insurance and customs costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
