Road Trip: The Cube is an original handwoven tapestry by Michelle Driver, crafted in Adelaide, South Australia. This work renders the iconic d’Arenberg Cube - an architectural landmark rising above the vineyards of McLaren Vale - into the tactile language of fibre and weave. 

Using wool, cotton, linen and repurposed x-ray film, the piece balances structural presence with material depth. The juxtaposition of geometric form against the rolling landscape is held in the warp and weft, inviting both close inspection and quiet contemplation.
